ZAC.
Where elite athletic performance meets real coaching.
How Dash Training Started
Dash Training didn't start with a business plan. It started with a gap Zac saw in how athletes were being trained — particularly young hockey players in Calgary who were getting generic programming from coaches who had never competed at an elite level themselves.
Zac built Dash Training from a simple premise: train athletes the way elite sport demands. Progressive overload. Sport-specific periodization. Individual attention. No shortcuts, no gimmicks, no cookie-cutter programs that treat a 16-year-old hockey player the same as a 40-year-old cyclist.
The in-person facility in Calgary became the proving ground. Hundreds of athletes — from youth hockey players chasing scholarships to competitive adults maintaining their edge — trained under Zac's methodology. The results spoke for themselves: faster sprint times, stronger lifts, fewer injuries, and athletes who stayed year after year because the programming actually worked.
But there was a problem Zac kept hearing: “I want to train with you, but I don't live in Calgary.” Parents of hockey players in other provinces. Adults who followed Dash Training on Instagram and wanted the same programming. Todd Funk, whose transformation story became the most compelling case study Zac had ever produced.
The demand was clear. The methodology was proven. The only thing missing was access. That's why Dash Training Online exists.
What Makes This Different
Progressive Overload, Not Random Intensity
Every program follows a structured progression. You're not just working hard — you're building systematically toward measurable outcomes. Week over week, month over month.
Sport-Specific, Audience-Aware Programming
A 16-year-old hockey player training for the combine gets different programming than a 45-year-old optimizing testosterone and body composition. Same methodology, different application.
Real Coaching, Not Content Dumping
Online training programs fail when they're just video libraries with no human connection. Dash Training Online includes direct access to Zac — coaching calls, direct messaging, and programming adjustments based on your feedback.
Data-Driven Adjustments
Programming isn't set-and-forget. Zac reviews your progress, adjusts volume and intensity, and evolves your program based on how you're actually responding — not based on a template.
